Phase 1: Ideation & Planning
We start every month with a content planning session. We brainstorm ideas based on our content pillars, trending topics, and customer questions we've heard.
Phase 2: Research & Outline
For each piece of content, we do thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth. We create a detailed outline before any writing happens.
Phase 3: Creation
Our writers create first drafts. For visual content, our designers work in parallel. For video content, we handle scripting, shooting, and editing.
Phase 4: Review & Editing
Every piece of content goes through multiple rounds of review and editing. We check for accuracy, clarity, brand alignment, and SEO optimization.
Phase 5: Optimization & Publishing
Before publishing, we optimize for the platform we're publishing on. We add meta tags for SEO, schedule for optimal posting times, and prepare social amplification.
Phase 6: Promotion & Tracking
Publishing isn't the end. We actively promote content across channels and track performance against KPIs. We use insights to inform future content creation.
