1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TrioPeak website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TrioPeak provides digital marketing, web development, content creation, and related services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to accounts or platforms required for service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. TrioPeak retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrioPeak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
